The Bulldogs opened the Weekend by notching their 60th victory in franchise history by defeating the South Oakland Ducks. They continued their winning ways Sunday by sweeping the Monroeville Hurricanes at Haymaker Park in Murrysville.

The Bulldogs swept the weekend doubleheader and dedicated the victory to Mothers everywhere. Some Bulldogs even dedicated the game to other player’s moms, while some moms were in attendance.
In other news, the Bulldogs are searching for some slogans for 2010, and are open to suggestions. A poll will be conducted soon to determine the winner.

The Baby Bulldogs were blanked 5-0 early Saturday morning by the upstart Oilers. The Oil have totally revamped their lineup. Dan Morgan went for the Bulldogs, with Adam Philip doing the relief duty.
