In my vast experience dinning on Beaver I find that either side, if well cleaned, is eatable and I do prefer to douse with a bit of alcohol prior so the Beaver is tender and well prepared.
#10 I asked Trojan what he thought about #10. Trojan said he answered A. I asked him if he was mistaken and his only reply was “old enough to pee, old enough for me.”
